Staff were helpfull and friendly. It is more like a B&B to me with it's own bathroom.
Proximity to the Vatican and other transportation.

The location is spectacular! Greeted promptly by very friendly staff and the breakfast, served wherever we would like to have it, was gourmet quality.
Streetside room, without a view was quite a bit smaller and road noise might bother some. Listening to the bells ring at St. Peter's all night was actually a plus for my wife and I. Not having a view from your window was easily remedied by moving to one of the three locations with patio tables.

It was spacious, nice veranda, nice breakfast, very close to san pietro and easy accessible by buses, helpful staff
Not very clean and comfortable, maybe because of the old furniture and woolen bed covers

great staff, wonderful breakfast, clean bathroom, very close to the Vatican. big room.
the WIFI is too weak, we can barely get on the Internet in our room, even we're close to the reception, however all the TV channels are in Italien. What's more, it needs to take bus to get to the mean attractions of Rome. by the way, not all the lights work in our room. Not enough toothpaste.

The kindness of the personel, the apartment and its terrasse, the breakfast, the location near the Piazza San Pietro, the possibility to park the car for free in the street (at the least in August).
Not enough international channels on TV

Location was amazing. The room was clean and neat. The outside area was a nice bonus.
Hard to finds from the street. They need a proper sign. The American Breakfast is a bit odd. Sprinkles of icing flakes over fruit is very strange.

The hotel is small and familiar, all the staff was very kind and helpfull and made our visit there very pleasant. The amazing views over st. Pietro Cupola are absolutely outstanding. I'd highly recomend the hotel for couples looking for a quiet and nice place in Rome center.

While I usually travel on budget I decided to stay here to indulge. I do not regret it one bit. The breakfast was amazing as well as the view and room overall. The staff was amazing. The internet would not work on my computer but they let me borrow a personal computer because they were so helpful.

This is by far one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and definitely the best in Rome. Besides its perfect location, 2 min to St Peter's, the care that has been put in the running of the hotel makes it a top place to stay. The rooms are a very good size, spotless clean and equipped to a great standard, having everything one could need. All staff are very friendly, courteous, competent and efficient and they always welcome you with a smile. My room had a stunning view of St. Peter's which I enjoyed every morning whilst having a lovely breakfast.

People, friendly open and helful.
Omg! Please, this is the one of the worst advices we took after reading" great reviews on booking .com"; The hotel is terrible, small, ugly rooms, forget the view.. we had top roof apartment and even this was very bad, and terrace? What terrace? Ugly little 2m2 space with 2 chairs and 1 table ...I would never recommend this hotel. The breakfast you have to order the night before and you have limited selection- means 2 pcs sausage, 2 croissant and coffee- of course everything comes to you cold. I was so shocked when we arrive there and we paid 180 euro per night!! So I was not expecting golden room, but also I was expeting more for the money I paid. This is 1st time I am writting feedback ever, because I feel we were badly cheated.
